Introduction to Razorback Eyewear Technology

In order to meet the ever-demanding needs of the U.S. Military and tactical communities, Arena Industries has undertaken the task of designing and creating a new line of goggle and eyewear products. The technology behind these products, due to its unique look and style, has been given the name "Razorback".

The Razorback goggle system is designed with the following functionality in mind:

The latest, patent pending anti-fog technology

Enhanced field of vision in both up/down and peripheral directions due to Arena's OptiWide lens geometry

Ballistically designed lenses for maximal eye safety

  • Z87.1 - 2003 Plus certified
  • MIL-STD-662F (as related to 22 cal., 17 grain, Type 2 fragment simulating projectile)

Modular design to allow for increased user adjustment and accessory utilization

Goggle fogging is related to the ability for air to flow in and out of the goggle, and to remove moisture accumulation behind the goggle lens.

Arena's patent pending Razorback technology provides the proper flow rate with balanced filtration to create a non-fogging condition behind the goggle lens while not allowing unwanted debris (sand, moisture, etc.) to enter into the goggle — a must for the tactical and military user!
